The quickest way is to cut out red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohal, and sodas.
Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If you get hungry between a meal, drink water to fill up.
In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)
Practice portion control. Yes, you'll feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you won't have that feeling anymore.
Go exercise for at least an hour a day, incorporating weight training. Weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns fat. You get the idea.
Good luck!!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Find a sauna and drink very little water. In the past I could lose 13 lbs over a three day period. By the end of the three days I was very loopy though. I would become very thirsty, fill my mouth with very cold water and spit it out. This whole process is very dangerous!!!! After I would weigh in I would start drinking water and sports drinks regaining approx. 10 lbs. in a 24 hour period. Again, this is very hard on your body!!! The only benefit that I saw was that I passed my weigh ins and extreme heat, I am a firefighter, did not seem to bother me.

Okay, ready set go: Drink as much water as you can. It will flush out your system. Power walk or run as much as you have time for. Eat lots of vegetables and stay away from the fatty junk for the week. These things combined will get you really close to that 10 pound loss.

Make sure you drink plenty of water. It will help to keep your appetite under control, and will stop you becoming dehydrated which leads to water-retention, which leads to bloating. Eat lots of fresh fruit and veg and try to avoid refined carbohydrates just for a few days. This is NOT a long-term healthy way of eating, but will help you for a special event.
