How long will it take me to lose 30 pounds if I exercise for an hour each day and eat healthy?

you should average no more than 2 pounds a week, but don't stop exercising when U hit your goal you will just rebound and if your lifting weights remember muscle weighs more than fat so also use measurements to reach your goal

omg... my sister (who is beautiful) just lost 30 pounds! She has been trying for 15 years to lose weight, and this is the ONLY thing that worked. She is counting (and writing down) calories. She is trying to focus on 1000 calories a day. She has learned to make fattening meals in a low calorie version, and she is doing it! She looks great! It seems like the pounds are melting off! She has also started 3 days a week of jazercise, and now she wants to teach it! I'm very proud of her for doing this!! She looks awesome! Good luck to you; I wish you the very best! She's so excited, and now she's buying new clothes, and her husband wants to take her to Hawaii... It's a good deal!

It will probably average around 1 to 1.5 pounds per week if you are excercising well and using a lot of cardio. If you add in weights for toning or even building muscle, then it will be closer to 1 pound per week.

So, I'd say around 30 weeks, give or take.

it depends on your metabolism it could take you 1/2 year or 1 month it shouldn't take too long and even if it does take a while is it not worth it but try for 2 hours if you are in a hurry to lose it faster

I am not sure but I think you can lose about 6 pounds a week safely. But were I come from we measure in kilograms and you can lose 1 to 2 kilograms a week.

in the beginning between 7-3 a week and as it comes off you lose between 3-1 at least that what habben with me but you must work all parts of your body good luck

Don't judge your weight loss in pounds, if you are exercising, you'll build muscle and that weighs more than fat. Judge your weight loss by how you look and feel and how your clothes fit.
