That is a little on the thin side, I would say your perfect weight should be 115 to 120. If you are truly too thin because you are dieting too much or causing yourself to throw up and so on, your periods will stop, your hair will become dull and brittle, your fingernails will get dry and crack easily and stop growing as fast. You can eventually dammage all your muscles and that includes your heart as it takes a specific ammount of body fat to run your bodys functions.

That sounds a bit on the thin side, but I could be wrong. Anyway, anything less than that like say 90 lbs. is pushing it. So, maybe as long as that weight is maintained.

i think it is a bit thin. for a 5'4 (my height) grown woman the minimum weight is 115. You are an inch taller but you are young so if you aren't all that physically developed it might be ok. i would check with a doctor though.

It depends on your diet. If you eat a healthy diet and arent exposing yourself to anorexia or bulemia, then you should be fine. If you arent eating healthy, or not eating at all, then there is reason for concern.

no. it is very healthy. look i didn't start gaining wait till i was 15 years old. i wade 96 pounds. u just have a high metabolism.
