before i moved to north carolina i was very active and i was 120pds and now im 192 and i wanna lose weight so i can look as good as i did when i came here (im a teenager so i wann look for school) and i want to change for my sopmore year in high school (10 th grade)

well increase you meal intake to every two-three hours small portions, increase protein and eat lots of greens: salad, spinach, green beans etc. fruit run like a mile every other day and that should start you on a good path.... Good Luck Im doing the same thing as I speak...

I use to weight 215. I did not want to exercise so I started eating only half of everything that I wanted to eat. It's hard but I lost 50 pounds in about 6 months. I started walking my dog around the block. I have not put any of the weight on and I have a bowl of ice cream every night in bed. GOOD LUCK!!!

The most important thing is that you are healthy and happy. That being said. Maintaining a healthy weight is important to keep you healthy. The best way to achieve this is through lifestyle changes. Eliminate or seriously reduce sugary foods and highly processed foods, soda is a biggee. Get active again! Walking, biking, swimming. Sign up for some kind of walk a thon or a half marathon. Take about 12 weeks or so to train and you can walk the race. Just remember that gradual healthy weight loss is always going to be more permanent. Causing your weight to roller coaster is more unhealthy than being overweight.
