i have to get up early to run 4-5 miles because i'm on the crosscountry team but i can't get up an earlier then 8 or 9!!! how do i wake up that early!!! (besides an alarm clock! i already tried!)

is it possible to get rid of bloating in 3 days starting today??

I already got a fat azz but i want it to be bigger You know like the girl in the tip-drill video she got the *** i want also dont be giving me no stupid azz answers like eat and sit on it and don't tell me to let someone **** me in the azz cause that **** don't work I need some workouts or dance moves or something or some quick stuff i can do just to make it look bigger and white ppl don't say no stupid azz **** like wat u want a big azz for I want a flat one dont nobody want no flat azz but yall my chest is 44 inches i want my *** to be 48 buts it's only 40 1/2 and my waist is 28 oh and I am working on that 28 need to be down to 24 u can help me with that too NO STUPID ANSWERS PLEASE

Ive been using hydroxycut for 2 days now, and i have definitely had a decrease in my appetite and an increase in energy. However, my legs are constantly twitching and i feel like my skin is crawling all the time. Does Hydroxycut actually work? Is it worth taking?

I go to the gym 6 days a week. Do cardo for 20 mins. Then do strength training for about 30mins. Then go back and do cardo for 30 minutes per day. My diet is not strict. But, I feel I am mostly eating the right things. Especially, staying away from white flour carbs and sugar.
So tell me, what am I doing wrong? My Hips are still larger than life! Any suggestions?

I am an 11 year old girl and i am 5 feet 4 inches tall. I weigh about 102 pounds. I am very active because I play basketball, I am on competitive swim team, and I play tennis. But I still eat alot. I have usual meals, breakfast lunch and dinner, but i can't stand the feeling of being hungry. So most of the time my face is in the fridge. My arms, legs, face, and things like that arent chubby, my stomach isn't chubby, but when i band over there are big rolls of fat. I started doing sit ups and lifting weights with my mom, but nothings happening. So my question is, am I over weight if I am 5'4 and 102 pounds? Also, do you have any advice for my eating problem?
