Diet pills are for those that need to lose more than 20 lbs. They are also unnatural and can lead to a weight gain. you have to change your lifestyle if you want to lose the weight and keep it off.

Try a low glycemic diet, moderate exercise 5 days a week, and high quality nutritional supplements.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Haven't you found out yet that the pills don't work? Have you ever used one and kept weight off? Do they help you to be fit? Do they help you to be healthy? They are a gimmick, every one of them.
Take some of the advise above and work out more than 2 days a week and you'll feel better and it will come off, just watch what you eat and stay away from these things except for one day a week: cheeses, eggs, sugary treats, fast foods, fried foods, sodas. You can do it without the pill.

Don't take a diet pill. Work out a couple more times a week, and improve your diet.

I think that if you worked out more than that you wouldn't need a diet pill I workout some everyday. I walk on the treadmill everyday.

If you increase your workout to at least three times a wk., and cut back on calories, you won't need a diet pill. Exercise tends to decrease appetite naturally.
