I weigh 110 pounds and i wanna lose some weight but pretty much stay the same

your calorie intake would depend an your activities. The best thing I can tell you is eat 6 small amounts of food daily. For example: Breakfast (breakfast is a must to eat do not skip it) eat something good for you special K with some fruit, have a snack midmorning a piece of fruit, vegtable, or a yogurt, lunch: a cup of soup with a half a sandwich, have another snack mid afternoon agian fruit, vegtable, or yogurt, dinner: for dinner have a normal meal but smaller portions (meat, potatos, vegie). Have a night snack fruit, popcorn (easy on the salt and butter) or some vegies.
Stay active. If this does not work for you see your doctor see what he/she sugests and it might not hurt to check in with a doctor before starting a diet and exercise program.

how old are you? if you an adult or even in your late teens and you weigh 110 pounds then you are crazy to even think about losing weight! that's a great weight to be at, i wish i was 110 pounds! you want to be healthy not anorexic.

if you are a kid and are overweight for your age, check with your school nurse or your family doctor, they will give you the best advice. or you can check out a reliable health website. you can visit Yahoo Health and Fitness or WebMD.com

unless you're super super super short, 110lbs does not call for weight loss. If you want to tone up, do some weight training in addition to aerobic exercise.

how old are u?? if ur like 18 or something than u dont need to work out! unless u wanna get strong!

you need to change your mind set instead of amout of cal look at the "right" cal also you need to work out to tone yourself vs a diet
