depending on your age, and where it is, surgery may be the only option. Go talk to your doctor about it.

congratulations on losing all that weight! that's a really big accomplishment. unfortunately, when losing THAT much weight in a relatively short amount of time, the problem of loose skin that you are experiencing can probably only be corrected with surgery. call around and see if any plastic surgeons in your area will do a free consultation. then they can check you out and give you a quote on how much it will cost to remove the excess skin. maybe you can finance the surgery and have a payment plan each month that will be affordable to you, or you could take out a loan. if that is not possible, talk to your regular physician, and if you have insurance ask him if he thinks your insurance might cover a portion of the cost to remove the skin. if you can get it in writing that you need the skin removed, because it could cause a health problem or is a detriment to your daily life or SOMETHING, your insurance may help you cover some of the costs. if none of these are options for you, i think your last hope would be to contact a show like oprah or extreme makeover and maybe in exhange for telling your story they would be willing to have your surgery done for free!

Stay well hydrated and max out on essential oils, especially Borage/ this will help tone up skin. I have lost 65 lbs. and no loose skin. You may have lost to much muscle tissue in your diet. A better answer depends on knowing what diet or diets you used and your age. If you are able, lift weights and go on a diet to add muscle tissue. The old saying is -- under every curve there is a muscle. I was not going to give an answer until I saw all the mentions of surgery. Weight loss sag may be corrected. Save surgery for sags from age or a sad gene pool.
Good luck.

If you're not already, try weight training. Something like the Firm (firmdirect.com or collagevideo.com for more info), or Curves. I lost 50 lbs doing weight watchers and the Firm. No loose skin. I wouldn't think 70 is such a large amount that you would have loose skin bad enough for surgery. Age could also be a factor, but still... weight training would help.

First of all, congratulations on your weight loss.
The loose skin will lessen. Give it time, and start resistance exercise. You can "tighten up" loose skin by making the muscle under it larger.
Your skin is very elastic and stretches to accommodate the tissue under it. When it doesn't need to cover as much, it eventually returns to its original size.
Even so, some loose skin may remain. You can learn to live with it, or opt for some surgery.

For that, you will need an operation to remove the excess skin. I will not shrink away on its own. I don't know the specifics of the operation, but make sure you go to someone with a great track record before you do this. Insurance ususally covers it too.

Sorry to say there is no easy way to loose the skin. The only way would be to have surgery that costs hundreds to thousands of dollars.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

Use a lot of lotion, exercise, and in time it should start getting tigher. I had a baby and my stomach is back to normal now..other than the stretch marks. Use cocoa butter lotion. If you have the money, opt for surgery.

Surgery would be the best I guess. Exercise helps too, but not THAT much. You can't run off your excess skin.
