OKay, I'm 5'1 and I weight 111...I do have quite a bit of muscle in my arms and legs...Its my stomach that I hate...I want to lose weight...I want to do it just easily by exercising and watching calories...not eating much at all a day...2 questions.. am I fat? and...do you think my diet will work?

I just started dating this girl, and I REALLY like her. We get a long great, her kids are great, and mine get along with her and her kids real well. Everything is awesome, but she is on the big side. I am trying to look past it, because I know it's what's inside that counts, but it's hard, because I have only dated real small women before. I really like her, and she has told me she really likes me, but I'm scared I could end up hurting her in time because of the weight. I know it's a bad thing, and I feel bad for it, or should I? She is big enough it isn't healthy, and I would be scared that something bad could happen over time. Please help me out here. I don't know what to do, :(

Ok, currently I'm about 150 lbs, and I would like to be at least 125 lbs. (not fat, not to thin) I know I can do this by september, but I don't know where to start or what to do. I have an excercise bike and thats about it. I work in fast food (so tempting). But I really need to do this. Somebody can help me with this?

Which is better to burn fat and gain muscle? Running 3 miles at around a 9 minute mile pace, running 6 miles at around a 10 minute mile pace, or runniing 1 mile in around 7 minutes. Should I do only workout or vary them all.

I work part time as a fitness attendant in a gym, helping people devise fitness plans. Several of them (especially the women) have told me that the reason they have waited so long to start working out is because they are nervous about going to a gym and having other people see them work out. Is this true of you? If it is...what would make you feel comfortable with going to a gym, even with other people there!

Yesterday, I woke up. I weighed 160. I ate cereal for breakfast. I ran around the yard a few times. I ate cereal for lunch. I walked 5-6 miles. I ate a small piece of watermelon for a snack. Did about 50 crunches and exercised for about 30 minutes. For dinner I ate vegetable soup. For a midnight snack I ate an apple. The next morning, I woke up and stepped on the scale. It said I weigh 157.5. I lost 2.5 pounds in one day. Am I losing weight to fast?
