It won't. You already have abs, but nothing is going to show up down there until you burn some fat by doing some good cardio workouts.

If these things really do make a difference in the tone of the ab muscle (whether it's covered by fat or not) it's even more important to add exercises to strengthen the lower back, so that your midsection doesn't become unbalanced.

hi i have been using mine for about a month now and i am noticing changes, its one of those things you gotta keep doing every day though, but to be honest your better off with physical exercise, it will work all your body systems and you will feel great after. good luck
