I think you really have to read the nutrition labels. I like the new 'spritz on' Italian dressing that has come out. Its really light and tasty. :)

I would think that Italian would be healthier than Ranch dressing, because of the vinegar content in it. Vinegar seems to burn a little fat, where as with the Ranch dressing it is creamy.

watch out for sugars and trans fats.
all store bought dressing have some catch.
'italian" would indicate healthier, IF made with oliveoil.
make your own with healthy ingredients
