Ok, I tried this and it worked. Cut your calorie intake to 1000 per day and cut your total fat intake to 10 grams per day. Then cut your carb intake to 10 grams per day. When you eat, eat small amounts every 3 hours. Also, try walking or cycling in the morning before you eat your first meal.

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if your trying to lose weight, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

*1) Burn more calories then your consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a fitness calculator that you can put on your cell phone and computer. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, log your daily calorie consumption, and log your physical activities.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as white potatoes) and drink lots of water.

*3) Exercise on most days by doing cardiovascular training and/or resistance training activities.

A great book to buy that teaches you the resistance training basics is “Weight Training For Dummies”. A good book to buy that teaches you the cardiovascular training basics is “Fitness For Dummies”.

*4) Get plenty of sleep. Sleep experts say most adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep each night for optimum performance, health, and safety.

*5) Educate yourself continually on health issues. A good free publication is “Dietary Guidelines For Americans 2005”. A superb book to read is “You The Owner’s Manual”. An excellent periodic publication is the “Nutrition Action Health Letter”.

*6) Make a life long commitment to good health. A great test you can take to measure your biological age is at http://realage.com Look at other areas where you can improve your health. stay off carbohydrates.eat hi protein diet.eat more of fresh fruits and drink milk and 12-15 glasses of water in a day.Also consult a dietrician for day to day diet and calorific value.Do an hour of wbrisk walk for all 7 days of the week.Leave sweet and fried.Do not have any juice fresh or canned.dont eat in between the meals
Have fibre rich and low cal food .Good luck and u will achieve ur goal in 3 months maximum

You want to "watch" your diet but if you increase your exercise regiman, eating can normally resume to normal as opposed to having to suffer through carrots, a celery and things! Especially if you just need to lose 10-15lbs. I say double your exercise! You want both strength training (dumbbells, free weights) and a cardio workout (running, walking, swimming).

The Special K Diet is good for that. Just replace breakfast and Lunch with a bowl of special K and have a good Dinner. Do this for a couple of weeks and you will loose the weight.

I lost 60 pounds by switching to organics and drinking only spring water. I drink organic milk and organic juices but I drink almost a gallon of water a day. Fluoride makes you gain weight and chlorine interferes with the cells absorption of nutrients. Read the books by Kevin Trudeau. It is scary what the FDA is doing to peeps.

i think having the right mental setup really helps.just psychological brain wash ur self into dieting.but other then that keep urself busy so that ur mind doesn't wander to the thought of food. the BEST TECHNIQUE is ofcourse the protein diet try eating only proteins and no fats. eat as many boiled eggs u like but not oil and other stuffs.
