Doing 50 sit-ups a night will definitely work! Try this when you do them: At the peak of the sit-up squeeze your abdomen and breath out, holding in that position for 2-3 seconds. Do this after the first 25 then do the other 25 regular. Try this exercise also: Lay Flat on your back and raise both legs together 6" off the round, then alternate each leg in an upward walking motion while remaining on your back, Do 25 of these, This will help with the lower abs and after two weeks you will have a Brad Pitt wash bored.

You element out that you're obese contained in the tummy, so doing sit down-united statesby myself received't do a lot - you'll pick to do a touch cardio exercising 4-5 cases a week for no less than 1/2-hour at a time to help shed lots of the fat. In turn, this would enable the abdomen muscular tissues you've been engaged on to expose by. good success!

I used to do 150 crunches a day at the gym and did if for years and still it did not change anything.. So I gave up and now i just do cardio and that seems to work a lot better for me.. Everyone is different but i believe that you are going to have to do more then 50 sit ups a day to look like that .

I do that already and I have no special abs - that's for sure. But my back is stronger and my stomach is stronger and it feels good. You gotta work out a LOT to get nice abs! We're talking hours a day.. not just a few situps in 2 and a half minutes!

here's what i'd suggest you to do... Do 20-30 sit ups twice/three times a day, then increase it by 5 or 10 by each week. you could expect the abs showing up in about 2-4 months.

Well considering brad pitt does probably more than 50 sit ups every day himself, you'll never catch up.

Since all humans are individuals, and different, no one can really get abs like Brad Pitt, just like no two snowflakes are alike, you might get something close, but not like, sorry!
