100 pounds for the first 5 feet and 5 punds per inch above 5 feet. That's what the new ideal weight chart says for average adults, you should be 135.

the way to calculate "ideal weight" is:
100 pounds for the first 5 feet, then 5 pounds for each inch. That is the standard way to calculate ideal weight. You can add 10% for heavy boned and minus 10% fpr a slight frame. so 135.
Additionally, check out your BMI.. there are numerous web sites which will calculate it instantly.

100 lbs is a bit too light... even 125 lbs at that height is no problem - basically stop worrying about weight! unless obesity is an issue

120-140 i guess, my gf's 5'8" ans shes 128 so...thats about right, but my gf is also very skinny
