I played soccer a couple of weeks ago and due to the foot shifting, I acquired a black nail on one of my toes. It hasn't really disappeared.. how can I have it, sooner than later, go away?

I already take a multivitamin everyday and I drink Green tea. Is there any herbs I can take that will just melt the fat away? I exercise everyday. I walk on the treadmill for an hour a day and I just orderd a new Tae Bo Set that I'm going to start doing everyday when I get it. I just need somekind of extra fat burning. I have increased and increased......... My workout and the weight has stoped coming off. I know that I'm probally gaining muscle but I haven't lost any thing in about 2-3 wks. Please Help!

...and while I am jogging after about 10 minutes I get an ache on the right side of my abdomen blow the end of my rib cage. Why is this happening? Is it normal or shoul I worry about it. It doesn't happen when walking but only when I'm jogging. Please help me...Thank you

I have lowered intake and increased cardio at the gym, but still, the fat around my waiste is stubborn and just won't come off and my overall body weight stays the same no matter how little I try eating. anyone have any idea of normal calorie intake for avg. male 40 years old?

okay, this probably sounds stupid, but i need to build up muscle for cross country, but my muscles hurt so much when i exercise. is there anything (besides stretching, i already do that) that will make my muscles hurt less so i can run more?
