If you have a thyroid problem then usually there is meds. you have to take everyday to control it. But myself i had to much and didn't know and didn't go to the doctors until i had a big lump on my throat and the Dr. said i had like a goiter then i was in surgery about a week later to get it removed. But the only good thing good about that is i don't have a probably anymore and don't have to take meds either, that took care of it. But please if you think you have a problem with it go to your doctors and get it check it's only a blood test.

When you have a thyroid disorder, medication is required. Your doctor will do a blood test to determine the type problem you have. The test is simple, just drawing a little blood. If you haven't been to a doctor, what makes you think you have a thyroid problem? Check with your dr. He can take care of this type of problem quickly and simply. Good luck.

There is no cure for thyroid disease, only a pill that you take everyday that replaces the hormone that your thyroid is not producing. The doctor is the only one who can prescribe the pill becasue taking to much can have health issues in the future.

Making dietary changes is your first line of defense in treating hypothyroidism. Learn here https://tr.im/i3PXG
Many people with hypothyroidism experience crippling fatigue and brain fog, which prompts reaching for non-nutritional forms of energy like sugar and caffeine. I’ve dubbed these rascals the terrible twosome, as they can burn out your thyroid (and destabilize blood sugar).
1. Just say no to the dietary bungee cord. Greatly reduce or eliminate caffeine and sugar, including refined carbohydrates like flour, which the body treats like sugar. Make grain-based carbohydrates lesser of a focus, eating non-starchy vegetables to your heart’s content.
2. Up the protein. Protein transports thyroid hormone to all your tissues and enjoying it at each meal can help normalize thyroid function. Proteins include nuts and nut butters; quinoa; hormone- and antibiotic-free animal products (organic, grass-fed meats, eggs, and sustainably-farmed fish); and legumes.

You go to your doctor. Only the doctor can tell you how to cure it. They will have to test to see if it is hyperactive (fast) or hypoactive (slow). The treatment depends on the problem.
