You may of heard this before-healthy food i.e. fruit , veg the right amount of fats and salt and exercise not neccesarily loads of it, even walking every day would do. Try not to eat stuff you know will make you gain weight-when you feel fat after eating something avoid it... common sense

Here are my ideas since im battleing this same thing. i have lost 9 pounds in the last 2 weeks and I lost them in a healthy way.
1. DO NOT eat after 7:30pm at the latest, most americans gain their weight by eating late and sleeping on it. this is hard trust me!
2) excercise- who wants to excercise right? i walk for an hour total a day plus doing everything i have to in a day. aby movement is excercise. ask a friend to walk with you make it fun.
3) eat healthy and plenty times through out the day but cut down on the amount you intake. As i LOVE to eat out just force yourself to eat better things cook something delicious.
4.) never eat when you have nothing better to do or just bored.

don't eat sweets(I know its hard) Need to cut back big time on snacky foods..scrambled(2) eggs for A.M with a piece of fruit.You can always add onion,green pepper(mango)Lunch,try eating 1-2 yogurts with water, or tea, Dinner ,bowl of soup, watered down a bit (1/2 can) piece of fruit. eat slowly. Another day eat a bowl of corn flakes, or cheerios, no sugar for AM,Lunch you can eat a slim fast bar, or drink a slim fast shake. Dinner, do the same.or make a small plate of cut up veggies..Make out a list of different meals..No food after 8PM

drink water instead of pops/sodas. walk/run every afternoon for an hour. do sit ups. eat a little portion if you feel your hungry. self discipline...

well, you need to get a fitness coach if you are really, really fat. but if you're only a bit fat, you can always suck that bit of fat off your sides by liposuction. it's costly.
