yea pushups do about 50 a day in about a month youll see results, in my opinion if you dont have a six pack and you have a large upper body then u look fat, do 100 crunches and 50 pushups youll be ripped in no time

Push-ups, pull-ups ,sit-ups, triceps presses ,feet on chair #1 and hands on #2. Also use your mind and isometrically do the same routine that you were doing. The mind is very strong and can take you place you never imagined.

yes, you can simply run, run, run. as if (for a girl) you were chasing the fabulous gucci shoes in the shop a few metres away from yourself, and there's a girl next to you chasing after them to!!! but, even though it's not my business, why do you care so much anyway!? girl's like sweet guys, not stupid, big muscle guys!!!

the best workout you can get is from using your own bodyweight anyways, try pushups or pullups...try and get creative with it

dumb bells with assorted exercises.
lateral raise and bicep curl with multi reps
dumb bells are low end on cost.
