Basically limit your calorie intake and RUN 4 miles everyday for 8 days straight. They will be gone. Its very though to get through this first 8 days, but if you do the running gets easier.

Crunches are the answer. Personally I hate doing them but the ens result more then makes up for it! I feel you and good luck with that!

all i could say about this is to eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. lay off the sweets, and high carbohydrates. do a series of crunches, sit-ups and more exercises that workout your lower-body.
