The normal testosterone level in males is a very wide range. Even men with a comparatively low levels of it are medically totally normal.
Women also have levels of testosterone, and men have levels of estrogen.
An excess of testosterone does have awkward side effects, depending on the individual. In men, mentally, it can cause violent mood swings, and very aggressive or argumentative tendencies.

Do youmean testosterone?
The answer to your question would depend on whether you are male or female and what it has been prescribed for.
If you just mean, what effect does testosterone have - it is the male sex hormone and it is what makes men male.
So, eg, if you go into a football changing room (I mean, men's football, not womens) there will be a lot of it about.....very male, blokish (and probably a bit smelly)
Hope this helps.

If you take testosterone as a supplement, it will interfere with your own production of this and other hormones.
