24 year old boy?

No need to fatten up, when you have a kid (or should I say your g/f or wife get prego) you will put on weight... I speak from experiance...

I had the simular stats as you (25y/o, 5'11" @ a 150 lbs) and I put on 30lbs when wife #1 got prego and kept 20lbs... pregnancy #2 gained 30lbs kept 20-then gained the other 10 back over the course of 18 months... by the time I was 30y/o I was 195 and at 40 I was supersized (well not quite but I was too heavy for my height and build)...

Enjoy being a lightweight while you can...

This question comes again and again. So I have this saved on my computer. You'll see it a lot.

Gaining weight and loosing weight can take a while. It can take up to one year to gain one stone of muscle. Your most likely problem is, is that you're not eating enough.
Eat at LEAST four meals a day. NOT junk food or any fatty foods. Take up weight-training, that WILL bulk you out IF you train regularly. There's an excellent book 'THE POWERFOOD NUTITION PLAN' by Susan M.Kleiner which gives all sorts of diets for weight-gain with exercises.

DO take a GOOD multi-vitamin tab every day.
DO NOT LIFT TOO HEAVY WEIGHTS. Stay off any Aerobic exercise like running or swimming UNTIL your weight begins to increase.
DO NOT waste your money on these ‘WEIGHT GAIN’ drinks & supplements.
DO NOT smoke it can suppress the appetite
Get Lots of rest.

Eat more - more often. Make sure you aren't eating crap - you will gain weight but not the type you want. Eating carbs before bed will help put on weight - that is part of the reason for the atkins diet thing. Its a trick to put on the weight and still stay healthy. Good luck!

Eat mac.Donalds everyday and don't eat anything healthy just in till you get a little fatter
just be carefull our you'll get to fat i;m not kidding i ate a lot of junk food in like a month
and got quite fatter but i worked out and got a little skinney again!Well there's my life
even know it's sopused to be about you!
