losing arm fat alone is not possible.
you lose fat on your whole body at once by doing cardio
And you lose it from top to bottom so it starts in your face.
that is elevating your heart rate and keeping it there for at least 30 mins per day, at least 3 times per week.
get a heart monitor, get your heart rate to: (220-your age)x .60
at least.

secondly you can stop your body from making fat by cutting out sugar, alcohol, white bread, white potatoes, and anything with a glycemic index above 55.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

No secret.

For weight loss exercise such as swimming, running, cycling and even walking can help but dieting can often help a lot more than exercise.

A very good and healthy weight loss diet is the DASH diet that can also help to reduce high cholesterol and high BP.

The DASH diet includes a lot of fruit and vegetables combined with whole grains and cereals plus low fat dairy products such as low fat cheese, milk and yogurt as well as lean meats.

Good serials are Weetbix, oatmeal, oatbran, wheat bran and wheat germ.

Well it sucks because you really can't loss weight in certain areas...you have to do cardio to burn fat all around. But you can weight training focusing on your upper body more.

For example...exercise that focus on your triceps...if you are talking about the fat on the under arm or focus on your biceps for the fat on the top on your arm.

Don't worry about building too much muscle....remember more reps with less weight....Good Luck!

Regular exercise, jogging, treadmill, walking, You can't lose weight in a specific place. You have to lose it all over with total body exercise. When you lose weight in other places it will leave your arms as well. Good Luck

Whenever you look at a women’s magazine, what do you see? You’ll always find tips about how to get a killer body, how to have nicer skin, how to use makeup to enhance your features, and so much more. In addition to this, you’ll also be constantly bombarded by photos of models and celebrities. And these aren’t just ordinary photos; these photos were taken and edited by a special team of professionals.

As you may notice, these images of celebrities make them all look like slender, pore-free, blemish-free, and super smooth! But you know at the back of your mind that no real life woman looks like that. All of these images in the magazines show you images of perfection, and hardly ever images of real women.

As a woman, you may find it increasingly hard to meet today’s standard of beauty. Each trend seems like it was made for skinny teenagers who have less than 10% fat on their bodies. It’s as if the fashion industry has completely shunned women who have curvy hips, bodacious bosoms, or more muscle on their thighs. With all these visual cues beating down the average girl’s self-esteem, it’s no wonder so many resort to strict diets, hardcore workout regimens and spending loads of money of fat loss supplements. It’s seriously not healthy.

Neghar Fonooni was once just like those ladies who thought they weren’t skinny enough, pretty enough or strong enough. She dedicated practically every waking day to dieting and exercise, just be able to feel like she was good enough. But despite all the things she did to have a very lean physique, she was still miserable, hungry and stressed out all the time. She thought that if she could only be leaner, she’d be happier. If she’d only make her thighs smaller, she’d be able to love herself. But this wasn’t true. And it was from this harsh lesson that she discovered that there’s a different way to feeling better about yourself and getting a healthier body all at the same time.

Neghar Fonooni’s Lean and Lovely Program

The Lean and Lovely Program is, basically, a 12-week fitness program by a woman for other women. The fitness regimens make use of a kettlebell, but it may also be substituted with other types of weights. It makes use of a lot of fun metabolic workouts to help you lose fat, become stronger, and also gives you insight into the unspoken aspects of fitness. These aspects include the self-loathing, the fear and the doubt which women experience whenever they feel they need to change something in their lives (particularly their body). So you see, Lean and Lovely is not only grounded in the physical aspect of working out, but also in the psychological aspect of it, too!

Each Lean and Lovely Kit contains five different modules:

The Lean and Lovely Training Manual – It’s the 80-page, highly exclusive key to the 12-week program. It is divided into three 4-week phases, each of them with a different focus. The first phase is for beginners, but you can easily jump to the tougher phases if you believe you’re already past the beginner phase.

The Lean and Lovely Nutrition Handbook – It contains guides for what you should be eating and when you should be eating them. Through this guide, you’ll learn which foods will aid you with your diet, and which ones can ruin all your hard work. Even if you’re a vegetarian, or vegan, or a full-on meat eater, you’ll be able to make use of this guide to improve your diet.

The Lean and Lovely Sweat Sessions – These are a series of metabolically-charged workouts which take as little as 8 minutes. They can be used in addition to the workouts in the training manual, or as independent workouts for days when you’re not scheduled to work out.

The Lean and Lovely Exercise Video Database – This shows you exactly how you can perform each workout with 65 individual high-definition videos.

The Lean and Lovely Membership Access – When you get access to this exclusive member’s area, you can personally get in touch with Neghar Fonooni in order to ask her specific questions about your workout routine. Whether you’re a teen looking to shed some baby fat or a grandmother who still has enough energy to perform workout sessions, Neghar Fonooni will be able to answer your queries.

u kno to be honest wid u. wat i think is...running. lol and i know ur thinkin "but i ask for arms only". well the things most pplz dont understand is dat...wen pplz lift weights or do those kinda works outs, or watever, they think their burnint he fat there, but its actually, their building the muscle underneath the fat. so wen u said ur workin is makin u look bigger, ur building muscles right underneath ur fat layer which makes u look bulker. that also goes wid doin crunches for abs n such... i wouldn't know wat u could do but for me, to lose any layers of fat, i jsut run so i lose everything all together. so wen u wanna be cut, run n then work out.. otherwise ur just buildin da muscle right under ur fat layer.... make sense?
