There are alot of factors those charts don't take into consideration though, such as breast size, butt size, muscle and fat ratios. The world would be pretty plain without curves. Don't put too much stock into weight charts. :)

Those weight charts are NOT a reliable measure of your body fitness. Don't rely upon them.
Keep this in mind: weight charts, like, fashions, are products of their times. In one way, they're a tool that seems to offer a cut-and-dried guideline for assessing one's health and fitness; in a different way, they're just another in a long line of standards, measures, opinions, theories, etc., that change over time as aspects of the culture change.
The weight charts can even be seen as a version of a fad: as with cholesteral levels, carb counts, caloric intake and other supposedly reliable and/or "doctor-recommended" standards, the charts are a creation of the same weight-obsessed culture that distinguishes between "ladies'" and "queen" sizes in clothing stores based upon nothing more than how heavy (or light) the customer is. Medical professionals, for the most part, cater to those who buy into these beliefs, rather than trying to suggest that it might actually be OK (gosh!) not to fit into a strict outline of "acceptable" body size/shape.
I've actually got the opposite problem: someone keeps trying to tell me I'm underweight, based upon these charts. This person, seeing all the news reports about actresses who are little more than skin and bones, think's I'm anorexic, despite the fact that I've maintained the same weight for over ten years and do not actively diet. Nonetheless, they keep bringing up the charts.
Be smarter than that.

You need to get to the point where you think you look great and don't have to worry about being overweight.
First, it is mostly not your fault that you need to lose weight. The way that you have been taught to eat is responsible (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) for making obesity the #1 health problem in the world behind hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic).
You need to learn a whole new way to eat. Below site has that info. Find out the absolute quickest way to lose weight, slow ways to lose weight and how to lose bodyfat, retained water and a 3rd thing. Learn about anti-water which makes water unable to work. Take the time to learn everything on below site. Do this and you can be thin. Do this not and be part of this pandemic.

It depends. Muscle weighs more than fat, so maybe you are a super muscular girl! You can get some fat tests done at your local nutritionists office. Since you're 20, you may be in college, and most colleges have a free dietician on site who can give you that information as well.
I'm 5'4" and 118. Sometimes I feel like I'm too big.

I'm hesitant to say that is just a bit heavy for your height. I think if you could lose about 30 pounds it would be much more healthy and you would look better and feel better about yourself.
The weight charts are designed with a purpose to help people get the best from their lives.
Get busy!

It may be a little bit chunky but, I don't think i'd call it fat.the only reason you may want to be a little concerned is w/the weight charts their more of a health factor then a way you look factor. but' if your happy w/yourself I would just stay happy and watch a bit that you don't gain a lot. stay happy

Let the mirror be your judge, if you look good and feel good and you're perfectly happy that's all that matters.
