is it possible to get rid of bloating in 3 days starting today??
im fairly skinny and i workout
but for some reason im really bloated
i think its becasue i just ended my period
and something else ............i just dont know what
anyways if you could give me some tips, a diet plan, excersise, etc that'd be great

avoid salt and drink plenty of water and give it time since you did just get off your period

Yes, you can get rid of bloating easily. Just drink lots of water, and try to drink only water. Bloating is simply water retention, because your body is storing it when it thinks it won't get enough. Also, avoid too much salt.

Avoid salty foods and sugary foods, especially soft drinks--the carbonation makes you more bloated. Go with broccoli, lettuce/salads, plain rice, etc, and drink LOTS of water to clear it all out. You may even want to add a light diuretic (Diurex) but do NOT overdo it--it could be very dangerous.

Afew days before you start your period start taking Midol then take it for a few days after. If the bloating is due to your period then that should help it. If not then you have another problem. Situps and stuff do not help bloating. Trust me. I have been there, but it's all gone now.
