Did you workout before you started at Curves? I went there for a while but found that it wasn't doing much for me. Then I read in a fitness mag that it was really for people who didn't work out before. It's a beginner workout.

i went for several months, i lost about 10lbs and a few inches but the results were mostly in the begining. it will help firm you up but i don't know how much weight you will lose, i guess it all depends on how much you change your eating habits. even if you don't see results atleast you are getting a good workout and that is always a good thing.

I went for 6 months before I found it so boring that I could not get through the door one more time. I didn't notice any difference in the way my clothes fit, although, the measurements kept reflecting a loss.

I went for 6 months and did everything they said and didn't see any noticable results. I had a friend who claimed her measurements showed she'd lost a LOT, but no one who knew her could tell.
Personally, I couldn't take the boredom, and it wasn't worth the time for no results.

you really need to modify your eating as well. we need exercise to maintain our weight. If you want to lose you need to diet and exercise. then you will start seeing results. Your body starts getting used to the same routine sometimes also. you might want to try doing an excercise tape once a week to break up the monotony and work out different muscles. good luck!
