but i need to loose 15 kgs, im short like 159 cms any suggestions, im in a diet and exercising for 2 hours daily!

Damn I hate seeing this,

Listen, in order to burn fat, you are going to need to cut back on the duration of your exercising. Meaning, stop going to the gym for 2 hours at a time. Your body has glucose stores, or in other words, energy stores. Once these are depleted, your body will turn to burning muscle as it is the most readily available energy source second to Glucose (sugar/fat). A normal person will burn through thier glucose stores in about 45 minutes and with regular exercise you can work your way up to 1 hour even 1.25 hours.

SOOOOOO, what are you supposed to do??? I'll tell you.

HIIT (High Intensity Impact Training) - Go for 3 minutes at warmup pace on the treadmill/bike/elliptical doesn't matter. Then for 1 minute go as fast and hard as you can, I mean ALL OUT! then go back to 3 minutes at a cool down pace, repeat for no longer than 30 minutes total. I guarantee you are going to fail somewhere around 15 minutes when you first start. This method of training will target directly at fat stores and continue burning fat for up to 3 hours after you are done with your cardio.

Also, don't neglect resistance training. Muscle is the only anabolic agent in the body. In laymens terms, it is the only thing in you that burns fat. So, you want to keep the muscle you've got during times of caloric deficit, taking in less calories than you are burning in a day.

Remember, keep the protein high. It takes 1 calorie to burn 1gm of protein and 1gm of protein only has 4 calories in it. Compare this to fat which has 9 calories in each gram. BUT, don't think that you should stay away from fat, fat (the fat found in foods) is essential to the fat burning process. Try to avoid starchy food, best way to do this, avoid eating anything WHITE and anything junk foodish (yes, I know that's not a word).

Try Suphedrine Nasal Decongestant. One or two alone or with a cup of coffee in the morning will curb your hunger very well, and better than any diet pill.. Make sure it is with Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride. Non drowsy. You can buy it at the drug store or Wallmart but you have to bring a CARD on shelf ( looks like a credit card, see top shelf) to the pharmacy counter and they make you sign for it. You don't need a prescription and they only make you do this because some people buy up large amounts to make dangerous drugs with. They don't care if you buy a box or two a week and you can go to different stores too. They don't track a box or two. Don't take this unless you are 100 percent healthy and not taking any other meds. DO NOT DRINK ANY BOOZE with this , even one beer or wine! You can DIE from the interaction! Do not take this more than a week or two to get your hunger down, Only take in the morning or you will be up all night. Read everything on package to make sure it won't hurt you! Good luck, This stuff is cheap and actually works.

No, no, no. Are you willing to take diet pills for the rest of your like? You are doing the right thing by exercising and eating right. It make take a little longer but, in the end it will stay off and you won't need to keep take the pills. And, who knows what those pill are really doing to you.

Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

diet pills are mostly a scam. However, look for something with green tea. It's had some promising results as far as boosting metabolism goes.

Pills are not the answer. They are made up of chemicals which are not good, and nothing will burn fat like exercise.

Try this for a start, the go on to a well balanced diet and regular exercise. This does work.......

BASIC FAT BURNING SOUP

6 large green onions 2 green peppers
1 or 2 cans of tomatoes [crushed] 1/2 bunch of celery
1 large head of cabbage 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
4 cups of water

Season with 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper, 1/4 tsp. curry, 1 Tbsp. parsley, if desired or bouillon or hot sauce. Cut vegetables in small to medium pieces and cover with water. Boil fast for ten minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender. This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want. This soup will not add calories. The more you eat the more you will lose. Fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away during the day. If eaten for indefinite periods you would suffer malnutrition.

DAY ONE: All fruits except bananas. Cantaloupe and watermelon are lower in calories than most fruits. Eat only the soup and fruits. For drinks; unsweetened tea, cranberry juice, or water.

DAY TWO: All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with all the fresh, raw, or canned vegetables. Try to eat green leafy veggies and stay away from dry beans, peas, and corn. Eat along with the soup. At dinner time on this day, reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter. Do not eat any fruits.

DAY THREE: Eat all the soup, fruits, and vegetables you want. Do not have a baked potato. If you have eaten for three days as above, and have not cheated, you will have lost 5 to 7 pounds.

DAY FOUR: Bananas and skim milk. Eat as many as 8 bananas and drink as many glasses of water as you can on this day along with the soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates and so is the milk, but on this particular day your body will need the potassium and
the carbohydrates, proteins and calcium to lessen your craving for sweets.

DAY FIVE: Beef and tomatoes. You may have 10 to 20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes or as many as 6 fresh tomatoes on this day. Try to drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water
this day to wash away the acid in your body. Eat the soup at least once this day.

DAY SIX: Beef and veggies. Eat to your heart's content of the beef and vegetables this day. You can even have two or three steaks if you like with the green leafy vegetables, but no baked potato. be sure and eat the soup.

DAY SEVEN: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables. Again, stuff yourself. Be sure to have the soup at least once today.

At the end of the seventh day, if you have not cheated on the above diet, you will have lost 10 to 17 pounds. If you have lost more than 17 pounds, stay off the diet for two days before resuming again from day one.

This seven day eating plan can be used as often as you like. As a matter of fact, if correctly followed, it will clean your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being as never before.

After only seven days of this process, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 and possibly 17 pounds, having an abundance of energy. Continue this plan as long as you wish and feel the difference.

This diet is fast, fat-burning, and the secret is that you will burn more calories than you take in. It will flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being. This diet does not lend itself to drinking any alcoholic beveragesat any time because of the removal of fat build-up in your system. Go off the diet at least 24 hours before any intake of alcohol.

Any prescribed medication will not hurt you on this diet.
