I weighed 60 pounds when i was only 11 years old. I am sure i barely made the 74 pound mark at 13yrs. How tall are you? I am only 5'1" as an adult, and i am just tiny and short.

Sorry to say but yes you are way underweight the average and healthy weight at age 13 is about 110 pounds! I'm not saying it is bad for you to be that skinny if it runs in your family or something I think it should be fine because you dont have to watch what you eat.

I'm 14 and I weigh around 83 pounds. I'm 4 feet and 9 inches tall. I constantly get picked on for being too thin. I doubt you're as short as I am. If you do decide to gain weight, do it the healthy way. Don't shove junk food down your throat.

it depends on how tall you are, but if you are over 5 foot tall, that is way to skinny and you should consider gaining a little weight. I'm 5'5" and I weigh around 115 lbs. I'm about the same age as you too, and I'm considered as skinny so if I was you I would try to gain a little bit of weight. hope i helped!

You need to gain muscle and eat more natual foods. Meat isn't necessary, and I wouldn't suggest eating fatty foods eithers. You need to EAT though. Stick with fruits, vegetables, lean meats, eggs, cheese, milk, natural cereals (Kashi is a good brand).
You would probably have to work this out w/your parents, but you need to GAIN SOME WEIGHT, and I think just eating fats is going to hurt your body.
