I go to the gym 6 days a week. Do cardo for 20 mins. Then do strength training for about 30mins. Then go back and do cardo for 30 minutes per day. My diet is not strict. But, I feel I am mostly eating the right things. Especially, staying away from white flour carbs and sugar.
So tell me, what am I doing wrong? My Hips are still larger than life! Any suggestions?

There is no such things as spot reduction. Your body decides on its own where it will store fat and where it will use it from. So you need to reduce your caloric intake and increase your aerobic exercise to lose fat. You can also do exercises to firm the muscles in that region (like get on all fours and kick one leg at a time out behind you).

You should slow down on the exercise. The more you exercise doesn't necessarily mean a more blessed body. Obviously you're overdoing the exercise. You're probably very healthy, muscular too, and lack feminine "weakness"; such as curves.
I suggest?
SLOW DOWN ON THE EXERCISE.

You can do this exercise at home. Lie on your side and start moving your leg up and down without touching the other leg when you move it down. then start adding weights to your legs. don't run or walk slowly, instead walk fast.
