I drink at least 64 oz. daily, but I feel thirsty most of the time. What could be wrong.

I do not do drugs, smoke or alcoholic beverages, so those are not the cause!

I try to work out five days a week for an hour at the gym. I usually cycle for 15 minutes to warm up, use the epliptical trainer for 20 minutes, walk/run for 20 minutes, and then cool down for 10 or so minutes. I was wondering if anyone had any alternative cardio programmes they find effective?
Also, is it advisable to stick with one machine for a long period of time, or to switch between different machines for shorter periods of time?

I'm 26, 5'7",I weigh 171lbs. and I need to find a really good diet that works. I want to lose about 20lbs. I have a small to med bone structure and all this weight is wearing me down. Before I had 3 children I weighed 115lbs. that was to under weight but I would like to weigh about 140lbs-150lbs. But I really don't want to lose the butt and the breast. I finally have them and don't care to lose them. And when I've lost weight before those were the first to go. Please help me any suggestions?

Ok. I would really like it if ANYBODY could tell me how to lose all this fat! Everytime I look on the internet it's just a scam just to give them money . Even the free things don't always work. My body looks very out of shpae! I would like to do this without trying diet pills. I've went anorexic before! Please don't tell me to go out and buy some fancy diet pills or machine. I would like to do this in a healthy way because, I'm going to hawaii this summer and I would at least like to look good in a bikini. and When I go back to school next year I would like to shwo off my new ody . So please If anybody has an answer PLEASE Tell Me!!!!!!!! : )

I have spoken to my doctor but she always says I am healthy, but I feel disgusting. I am not motivated or disciplined for very long and even if I do get into a good diet my body just wont shed the pounds. I need help please!!!!!!

i eat Total (cereal) everyday. it says that it contains 100% of daily vitamins and minerals in each bowl. the nutrients are vitamin C, calcium, iron, vitamin E, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, and zinc. can having more than 2 or 3 times the daily requirement harm you at all?
