i tried a juice fast and i lost 18 puonds in ten days and in the last two months since then i have kept up a decent diet, i stopped eating junk food, and stopped eating right before bedtime. also eating more often speeds up your metabolism so eat more often and smaller portions. it might seem like your eating more but you will lose weight cuz the higher your metabolism the easierm and faster your body burns fat or calories or whatever. in total ive lost about 35 pounds.

There are a million ways to lose weight and everyone will swear that their way is the best. I personally have been in the military for 8 years and am 26 and in excellent health. My secret is eating all day long in small amounts. This keeps your metabolism running throughout the day rather than just at "feeding time". I eat smaller portions at my regular meals to keep my daily calorie count down. The atkins diet is a good way to start understanding how weight loss works. To much sugar means your body creates to much insulin which in turn tells your body to store fat. Storing fat is not bad as long as the fat is good fat, not unhealthy fat. You need to eat good foot, spend the money. And just watch your intake throughout the day. Once your body goes into a healthy cycle, you will feel the weight dropping. And always try to leave the house and walk around at least once a day.


The other way is goto a health store and buy a detox kit. You will be in the bathroom for 2 days but you will drop every bit of inpurity in your body. Then start excerising hard to start burning fat and calories. I can't tell you how important detoxing is first. If you don't your body just burns the toxins instead of fat, and they are harder to burn so it takes longer. You'll spend 2 weeks just burning toxins if you don't dump them first.

30 lbs in 2 weeks is impossible to achieve without cutting something off... Diet and exercise may take you to 15 lbs in 2 weeks though... It all depends on your current weight, body fat, metabolism and what you eat. You have to reduce your portions but eat 6-7 times a day to speed up you metabolism. Drink only water, watch out for too much carbs and sugar.
1 hour of cardio (at least!!!) a day every day. Strength training another 45min to an hour. So on. Let me know if you need more info.

Maybe 15, but I doubt you'll lose 30 in only 14 days. I do know that if you buy some Colon Clense, that you can get rid of your old "crap" that is stuck in your system. That's at least 10 pounds! Instead of diets, try changing your eating habits to foods that cleanse your system, rather than foods that hang around & are hard to digest.

That's not safe at all. When you initially cut calories, sometimes you can see a 10 lb+ loss in the first week or so, but really you should not lose any more than 2 lbs per week.

ok first of all thats too much weight to be loose in the short amount of time! im sure u look fine right now. something can happen to you if you loose that much so soon. but u can start looseing weight by running eating write exercising daily and stuff like that but please dont try to do that i dont want to see anyone get hurt even though i don know who you are lol.

purposely get a stomach infection that makes u puke up everything. Don't eat and drink nothing but water and cayenne peppers. Oh yea, and take laxatives...

WTF. Are you kidding me...you're one of those procrastinators that sees that summer's here and you waited to get in shape. Just get to the gym and do some cardio and cut carbs, sugar and fat. You'll lose weight but not in 2 friggin weeks.

Cut off your legs.

30 pounds in two weeks is too much of a shock to the system. At the best, you can hope to lose eight or so during that time.

Anything more can cause the yo-yo syndrome and make it even harder to lose weight.
