Fruits, veggies, rice, beans. But leave off the meats, the rich deserts and your cheeses. If you look at what the oriental people eat and copy that, you can't go wrong as you will find none of them that are fat unless they have been into the rich American diet for a while. Make carbs your number one thing, followed by veggies to top it off and lots of fruits too. Do the veggies raw as much as possible and you will get full without gaining any weight. In fact if you eat everything raw, you can't gain any as the fiber will fill you up long before you get enough calories to gain anything. Check out the site below for some really good tips and recipes.

after 2 hrs. do some exercise & let the sweat comes from each part of the body
at lunch have fish , chicken, meat or anything but limited
& if u wanna eat more then try boiled food like boiled egg, beans, carrot, spinaach & all vegetables

You know what the right foods are....fibre, vegetables etc. I hate bran, whole wheat, fibre products and I'm not a big vegetable eater by any means, but I bought this workout dvd called TurboJam and in 45 mins. (they have a 20 min. one too that comes with the set for beginners) you burn over 800 calories! This is the first workout EVER that I actually like. It took me awhile to learn the moves (because I'm so unco-ordinated), but I figured it out and it works great! Eat small portions....it's all about portion control...don't go nuts on desserts though. You can have them every once in awhile, but not everyday.

seriousely the only answer is to not eat a lot of cakes and coke type things

and i swear that if you don't start some type of fitness routine you will always gain whatever you lose back...

fitness and working out type things can be fun if you just have the right mindset and some friends to do it with

I've been able to change my weight at will due to either increasing or decreasing my workout intensity's and time's

low calorie, low fat, and eat small portions. A good rule of thumb is to not eat any portions bigger than the size of your fist.

I would vouch for celery, spinach, capsicum and shallots (green onions) besides some ginger, garlic and black pepper. Will help.
