Well, we have some basketball workouts we do to help our triceps. This also helps 3pt shooting. Find a chair or a bench and stick your legs stright out in front of it and scoot your but off of it, then 'stand' on your arms so that your complete weight is being held up on the chair with only your arms. Lift yourself up and down, kind of like an inverted push up!
As far as biceps, I would bo Bicep Curls with free weights as opposed to the machine. Makes you less likely to cheat, and you get great balance!!

maximum appropriate existence lesson, realized the not straight forward way: you may't get connected to at least some thing because now and again in existence, it may all be taken far off from you and there isn't any longer some thing you may do or say about it. i tried to purchase a agency, years in the past. I positioned each thing I had into it: all my time, money, etc. and lost all of it besides. in the approach I lost my domicile and all of my stuff and issues. that's a competent theory to sense good about having no longer some thing in any respect.

Of course for your biceps you're gonna want to do curls. Lower weight and more reps gets you bigger muscles. For your tris, do kick backs with lower weights. Kick backs you hold the weight in your hand, then hang your forearm at ninety degrees with the rest of your arm at the elbow, the straighten it out. Ask the guys at the gym how to do it if you don't understand my explanation.

I was on a swim team for a while and I swear it works miracles on the arms. So try swimming laps- freestyle is the best stroke.
