Aerobic exercise for over an hour a day is the best way to decrease body fat. Watch calories in vs. calories out-- so if you're drinking the night before, watch the calories the next day. Opt for hard liquor instead of beer (depending on the hard liquor) and remeber to PUKE!!! (Just kidding about the puking part.)

First modify your drinking. And drink red wine and light beer. Not at the same time though. But I'm sure you understood that. Be careful with shots...I read some where most shots pack as much calories as a glass of beer. And stay away from mixed drinks. Not like well drinks(try to stick with diet soda) but you know pina coladas and hurricanes.
Don't listen to people who say you have to STOP drinking. I drink and exercise and have a nice flat and toned tummy.

Unless you drink water, you can't. Alcohol induces fat to build around the middle as it robs the body of needed nutrients so your body builds up the fat around the mid section to compensate for it. It is mostly made of sugar so it is very fat inducing in the first place. So if you want to drink water, you can lose it but if you want the alcohol, it will just continue to get bigger.

drink very hard alcohol... so that you don't have to drink as much... or you could possibly find an alternative to drinking such as
badminton
or
smoking weed, but that might make you really hungry...
There is no winning this!

Calories out must exceed calories in. You'll have to change some aspect of your eating habits.
