for the past couple weeks i;ve been working out my ab muscles and running to burn the belly fat , now my stomach got really relly hard, even when i dont flex my stomach its still hard but, WHY THE **** AIM I SO HUNGRY AFTER I run/workout i know i cant eat alot but god dam im soo hungry. im like 115

because it ur body telling u if u dont eat soon ur liable to pass out my suggestions is drink sum energy drinks when ur done also eat bannanas and drink lots of water so u get dehydrated and have cramps
i kno cause im a wrestler

Cause your working out, so your burning off like everything. You should eat, but lay off of the bad stuff of course! Oh and do you eat before you work out? It's not good to work out on an empty stomache.

Read some good bodybuilding magazines.
Follow the nutritional advise given by these experts.
Make sure you consume at least 1 gram of protein per day, per pound of body weight.
Pump it up. :)

you are so hungrey because you are starving your body of food. If you eat healthy food before you work out, you wont be so hungrey afterwards.
