i've grew 2 inches last year from doing yoga - i'm not sure if that helped but now that i'm 22 and i want to grow 2 more inches. i'm currently 5'3 when standing bare foot, can i still get any taller?

I need ideas (that work, preferrably from personal experience) for a diet (or eating habits) that I can follow with literally no extra money for fancy foods, and ideas for activities I can do for excercise- but not Gym, because I can't afford it. And I don't have a car, either.

Can you do harm to your body by over exercising? Let me expain I work out all the time( 7days a week) I'm a aroebic instructor .I feel fine, however I know some instructors tell their students that to much exercising is not good for you. I was not trained that way. I was taught to limit my self. I need a professional answer to tell my students. The people I work with who teach we are divided 50/50.

I am training for a marathon and I am running over 35 miles per week. I have no problems with calf cramps when running but sometimes when merely walking my calf will cramp and I can't walk.

hi im chelsea im 14 years old i am 5' 4''and i want to loose at least 20 pounds and i weigh about 124 and i have big theighs and i hate my stomach and everybody says that im skinny and average but thats not what i think and i dont want to grow up to be fat! so i am asking if you would help me buy giving me advice and answers well im going to high school and i would like to be able to fit into smaller clothes and all that good stuff but my clothes size is in shorts they is a size 7-11 and and in shirts i end up wearing a medium/large and i would really appreciate if you will help me and i have a thing about eating i love to eat i will just eat as a habit and eat and watch t.v.! so if you have answers to my question please please please comment i need support and help and if your the lunnetic who keeps comming around and insulting everyone then you need to back off people are already down by their weight and dont need you to rain on their parade haha maybe you could be fatter then them!!
