I dislike my body. im 6'ft 205 and not skinny or big im medium. does anyone know any daily work out routines other than normal push-ups and are there any diest that arent just lettuce?

I have a special program, it's called get off the computer and spend that time excercising routine. Seems to work.

Find a good Gym and routine is:
Treadmill or Stairmaster - 15 minutes
Bicycle - 15 mintes
Raquet Ball - 20 minutes
Swimming Laps - 20 minutes

Learn to do T'ai Chi. It is wonderful for excercising the secondary muscles - and the side benefit is that it also helps mentally as you have to focus on the moves. You won't have to diet either - I lost 14 lbs. in one month, and then leveled off. But you should eat reasonably healthy.

First of all you you should be happy that your not fat like me. Second of all there are tons of diets that aren't just lettuce I cant name off any that work right now because I haven't found one yet. And there aren't just push ups there are crunches too.

squats
jogging
walking
that's all i've got.

but if you join the YMCA gym (assuming you have access to one) they have a lot of machines and employees who can show you how to use them
