can someone give me any specific workouts so i can lose 2000 calories a day. plus, how long do i have to run to lose 2000 calories

How many calories do you plan on intaking per day? You cannot possibly work off that many calories and manage to stay healthy. You should first start by getting on a suitable diet, then worry about how many calories to work off. A normal diet should run between 1500-2000 calories a day. I seriously think its pretty dangerous to burn over 700 calories a day by working out, and depending on who u are u should eat around 1800 calories a day. If I ran at my "pace," 2000 calories would take me 20 treadmill miles.....definitely not fun. I do treadmill intervals often....warm up for 10 minutes by walking/jogging.....then sprint 1 min. and jog/run 2 min. do each "interval" of sprint and jogging 5 times then cool down.....repeat the whole process again if u can. It burns about 600 calories...a pretty darn good amount.

ok i did this god results when u r on diet
walk on tred mill for 40 min incline 5 speed 3.0 then 20min latter 3.5 u can burn 1200 callories then do the bike for 20 min 200 callories
dont try to burn 2000 calories a day because that is unhealth u could burn your muscle tissue and lose some eye sight one of my friends did this he end up in a unhealhy wayu so dont try.
i am serious

why would you want to do it. it takes a lots of time and you need to practice to get to 2000 calories a day. perfitional Basket Ball player they can burn 2000 a day not you.

to burn this many calories you need to run at a good pace for two straight hours. my best wish of luck to you tubby

Go swimming. Try the cross trainer machine. I can burn 500 in hour.

do high impact aerobics or try taebo anything that keeps your heart rate up for 20 minutes with no breaks
