Two things:
First, cut simple carbs (sugary stuff, white flour products, potatoes, etc.) The more you cut, the more fat you'll burn.
Second, Eat your last meal (or snack) at least 3 hrs. before you go to bed. The longer, the better. Some have stopped eating at 3 pm. w/ great results.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I can't believe someone would tell you to take an enema! Let me recover here........Now to lose weight healthy, start walking for 30 minutes a day minimum and watch it come off! Stay away from these foods: cheeses, fast foods, sweet treats, soft drinks. If you can add the exercise in along with watching what you eat, you'll lose quickly. Hope this helps....

The South Beach Diet Phase one is great! If you continue on with the diet you will lose more weight and become more healthy. I lost 8 pounds in a week.

go to the park and walk 3.3 mils a day.. i have just lost in one week 7 lbs.. so it is working.. i eat tuna, vegtabuls, and drink fruit juices. and snack on popcorn..
