does the new "nutrisystem" food plan work? how much does it cost? any stories?

Sad fact is, if you want to lose weight and KEEP it off you have to make some lifestyle changes... eat less and burn more. Drink lots of water, quit drinking pop, eat more fruits and veggies, quit eating fried foods. Exercise... look at it as fat melting off your body instead of sweat.

I hope you get some good answers because I was just sitting here at the computer thinking about signing up for Nutrisystem. I just had a call from a Nutrisystem representative and I'm seriously considering it. It costs about $10 a day, but that's about what you would spend on junk food anyway. I just don't know, but I have to do something, nothing else has ever worked before. I just hate it when those people who've never had a weight problem talk about "these diets don't teach you how to use real, normal foods" and things like that, don't you? We don't care about losing a half a pound a week, do we? We want to lose weight and will try almost anything that gives us hope. We'll worry about eating healthy AFTER we get skinny. Good luck!

I'm on nutrisystem now. It costs about $280.00 a month Ive been on it for 10 weeks and have lost 25 pounds. But like any system, you have to follow the guidelines and not cheat. Good luck

Any weight loss scheme that does not teach you how to use real, normal foods to initiate and maintain your weight loss do not work. If all I fed you were 3 Lean Cuisines a day, I could make you lose weight. It's when you get off hte pre-packaged foods that people get in trouble, and no one can stay on that faux-food for very long.
