Cut off a leg. That's how you lose 30 pounds in less than a month.
Seriously though, it is damn near impossible to lose 30 pounds in 1 month. The recommended amount of weight loss is 1-2 lbs. per week, so that means that over one month, you can still lose up to 8 pounds. How do you do that? Reduce your daily calories by 1000 (hint: combine eating less, with a lot of physical activitiy), and that should do the trick.
Otherwise, the only way you can do that is with surgery.
Also, what is your situation? Are you an athlete that needs to make a weight class? A bride that needs to get into a wedding dress? Because these two situations are quite different.
However, if you're extremely serious about this weight loss, you can try the Velocity Diet:

You won't lose 30 pounds, but it's definitely better than 8 pounds.
Good luck!

I've misplaced 30 kilos in 30 days. I weighed 255, essentially the most I have ever weighed. I dropped like a pound an afternoon. I consume two times an afternoon, drank plenty of water, and exercised three Times an afternoon. It is feasible! Also consume a banana for breakfast And a granola bar Best of success.

Losing 30 lbs in a month is unrealistic and pretty much impossible. Instead of trying to lose weight in such a short time, go find an outfit that really flatters your shape and have your hair and make up done.

I dont think you should attempt this unless you want to jeorpordize your health.Go step by step.Take it slow.Go on a simple diet which icludes: exercise, healthy food,...etc.Do not starve yourself b/c you will cause your body to loose muscle; How then will you be able to have a good metabolism/burn fat>?Im sure you heard this before;but this is the safest way to loose wait.Dont cut out on the things you like, just eat them moderately.Goo dluck! give yourself atleast 3 months I guess. Its worth it.

It isn't healthy to lose that much in a month, but you could drastically lower your calorie intake, drink a lot of water, and exercise every day. that might work. I would suggest that you don't go anorexic or bulimic.

Please do not do this. It is VERY dangerous. You should lose no more than a pound a week if you want to keep it off. See your Doctor before you do ANYTHING.
