I am a 25 year old vegetarian living in the US. I used to weigh 110 lbs (5. 3") 2 years ago and now I am at my highest weight in my life: 137 lbs. I am actually frustrated and want to do something to get back to my normal weight. I am ready to do exercise and do moderate deiting but I just need to be directed on the right path which will help me lose weight most efficiently in about 3 months.

Can you help me? I have district Solo and Ensemble competition tomorrow! I am taking a vocal solo, a trombone solo, am part of two choral ensembles and a brass quintet. Obviously, it's VERY bad that my breathing will be obstructed. Any quick fixes to make things go more smoothly tomorrow?

I have several years of dental assisting and practice management experience. I enjoy the dental field and the job security I have found within it. In several offices I have successfully increased production and collections while assisting the doctors in lowering overhead and decreasing turnover. Making for much happier dentists. I have a business license now for dental consulting. I want to know as a dentist what you would look for the most when hiring a dental consultant. Have you done it? Would you consider it? I just can't stand using Nair. I'm looking for a hairless torso (except for the underarms). I can't keep track of my back or even reach it. I don't wanna have anyone help me with it in my family or friends, and I'm too unsecure to get it done professional. Help please?

i have been one for 11years and just now taking raw apple cider vinegar and bittermelon to switch up. i have been taking pills for all those years and back end of last year went to a 24hr shot at nite and i pill wth 4 in the day time and now i refuse to keep going like that since i discovered vinegar which has help me to cut back pills with the exception of one and on shot at nite. what else can be just as effective. thanks

i do a lot of pushups and stuff so my arms are pretty ripped so its basically just the back of my arms that got flab goin on..i run everyday..that does not help me lose weight there..what are some specific workouts that i can do to lose weight there..any core workouts?? something about lifting a weight at the back of your head...suppose to help..but please, give steps and detailed answers so i know what to do. thanks!

I have a friends who thinks that her son accidentally got a hold of a 9 volt battery and touched his eye with it. She found him crying coming out of a room where she found the battery. He was holding his eye. She said that she rinsed his eye but he still cried for awhile afterward. I'm just wondering if it could have caused permanent damage. Anyone experienced such an injury?

taking 10 mg of valium pre surgery locally in docs office for an eye surgery. my question is ive never taken valium before how calm will this make me feel? he gave me prescription for 5 5mg pills and told me to pop 2 before surgery. will this be good enough?
