I answered a similar question just a moment ago. You don't state your age, which is important in this therapy.
You may just be that size. Genetics plays a big part. Male or female? If your growth plates haven't fused, (you haven't finished growing) you may be a candidate for growth hormone injections. You would need to see an endocrinologist about this. My son is severely deficient in human growth hormone, and takes a daily injection. However, he's 14 and still growing some, but just about 4'5"
Don't fall for the scams out there. They're just a waste of your $$$. Just be who you are, and the world will love you just the same.

You could go through a series of painful surgeries that break your legs and then hold the bones slightly apart until they heal up and fill the gap. Then you could repeat the surgery until you've reached your desired hight. Or you could just redesign the measurement system to make 5"2 equal 6 ft

Pending on your age and genetic make up. Lookat your parents' heights. If your parents are tall, or your father is taller than 6 foot, you stand a chance (unless your mom is like 5 foot even). However, I'm 6'8" with a 6'2" dad and 5'9" mom.. so you stand a chance no matter what as long as you are still in the growing age range.

Now, there is no working height enhancement drug, but if you are young you can still have your growth dpurt. I'm 5' 1'' but I'm 13. Some people can grow over 6 inches in high school and college. Be hopeful, and excersise

you could use a midevial torture stretching device, but first of all how old are you? If you're 15 or 16, there's a chance for another growth spurt. but you can't just expect to grow that much overnight. take calcium pills and vitamin C, also those little Viactiv soft chew things. they might help with bone growth, and you just might grow some more!

You havent mentioned your age. Height is age related and hormonally influenced. Again heredity also counts. If your parents are tall, then you will also have a good height.
Try yoga, there are a lot of exercises for height gain. Do not go for stimulants as they can damage your body permanently.

Hang from a door frame by your fingertips, for at least 4 hours a day.
Are you kidding??? Unless you are a fairly young teen, I think your growing days are done. But, there is nothing wrong with being short and sweet!!!

Pray for a miracle! I'm also 5'2" tall and wish I could be that tall but know there is nothing that I can do to be that tall. I know that if God wants me to be that tall He will have me be that tall. Otherwise it will not happen.
(ps. byw. People here know whoever get's the winning answer will get 10 points for the best answer. you do not need to tell people)
