The only problem with taking Prenatal Vitamins is that I have an Implanon Chip. So I'm not sure if taking prenatal vitamins will reduce the effectiveness of my Implanon or will cause side effects. Can anyone give me any advice or reccomend any sites that may be useful in answering my question? I'm also looking into using Biotin Vitamins to enhance hair growth and am wondering the same thing about this product.

I have to loose 15 kg in ten weeks. I've got the workout plan figured out. It's just the eating plan. I was wondering if anyone can suggest somethings or just recommend. This is what i've figured out so far on the eating plan.

Breakfast: mango or berry smoothie. (or mix them both)

Snack: 1 big carrot and 1/4 of a big cucumber

Lunch: bread with salad leaves, tomato, cucumber, carrot and chicken.

Dinner: Chicken and steamed veggies.

I’m 15. I wanna get a six pack but I need to burn off the fat (I can feel my muscles when I do crunches).
I want to get them by the end of this summer (three months) and I run twice a week, 4 miles (two miles under 20 twenty minutes).
I have some fat and love handles but I have toned legs and thighs and I weigh like 160.
I haven’t drank soda for months and try to eat healthy and drink medium amounts of water.
I cannot diet well because my parents don’t listen and mostly buy only junk food.
I have a busy schedule.

hi, i have a major problem. i have severe IBS and have a really hard time keeping myself hydrated. recently, i got so dehydrated that i missed several weeks of work - not realizing that all my bizarre symptoms were only dehydration. so, i go to the doc and of course, he tells me to drink more water. i am a dr pepper fanatic (bad, i know) and i always drink it cold out of the frig and over ice. but, when i drink water out of the frig even without ice i get freezing cold regardless of the room temperature, get goose bumps and literally start shivering. why is this? does anyone else have this problem? it is why i don't like to drink water. will it subside if i stick with it? i run a naturally low temperature - about 97.8 - 98.0 - does that have something to do with it?

I have had "Herpes I" in the form of cold sores on my mouth.
My partner contracted "Herpes I" gentially when receiving oral sex from someone with a cold sore.
My question is, can I recontract Herpes I from my partner genitally, or am I already immune in that I already have the virus orally.
Please respond only if you have medical experience.

...when we are subjected to an ordeal or shocking news?

I presume that the blood is going to other parts of the body, the opposite of what happens when we are embarrassed, why?

This store also sold special shoes - what was so nice, they didn't look like old lady shoes. So they sell shoes and inserts.
Should I buy them?

im a guy and i see this ALOT. id say about 75% of women say it doesnt matter, and actualy mean it. and the women who say that is DOES matter are incredibly shallow and are just as bad as men saying women should be skinny beutiful and have big breasts. it just the human body. you cant help the way you are born.

in my theory i beleive size matters only in the sense that it can cause pain. from a scientific fact, there are no significant nerve ending in a woman past 3 inches. so i say most women would be happy with anything between 5 to 8 inches. and by the way guys 88% of all men fall between the range of 5 to 6 1/2 inches in length and 4-5 inches in girth/circumfrence. any girl who expect more are shallow and i say most men and women would agree

I've noticed a change in my period for the past 3 months. Used to be heavy flow which could last for 5-6 days. But now it only comes for three days and not as heavy as before. I haven't been to see my GP yet. Just want to find out if someone out there has had this problem before. Is this normal?

Each time when I try to relax and calm my brain down, I get lightheaded. I also have tonsillitis and there is pus always forming in my throat.

Does pus has anything to do with my light headness like is it clogging my airwave or stopping food from entering?

By simply removing things that are bad for me, eating healthy portions of anything that is good and excercising I lost 13kg.
That is I:
Drank Water and No other drink
Minimised the intake of any animal fat. (once a week max)
Did not consume anything derived from foods designed to fatten calves. ie. Cheese, milk.
ate good carbs and good fats.
Excercised an average of 40mins a day with occasional vigerous excercise.

The hardes part was not eating chips cause I love some bad foods.

Really it was quite easy. Why do people say it is hard?

In the treatment of schizophrenic patients who suffer extrapyramidal side effects, is this caused by the reduction in dopamine in the eps, which then creates an over abundance of acetycholine in the muscles? Or is it due to an over abundance in the EPS, which in turn effects the muscles?

So basically I'm looking for a good cardio exercise to do during the summer.Which would be more effective, long distance jogging, or biking? Like say,if I biked for an hour, would that be of the same value of jogging for an hour? Because it always seems like I get more tired when I'm jogging.
