DO NOT count calories burned, count time doing cardio. there is no way you can tell how many calories you burned precisely.
you are not losing because you are depriving your body and that way slowing down your metabolism which will make weight loss in future even harder.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Okay to start off your burning to many. Its not about losing weight the fastest because then you just gain it right back. I tried to lose weight fast and I got it strate back. So what you do is eat 1,100 calorites. And then at night I do it around 7 but if you want you can pick another time. ( And this is if you have a tred mill if you don't just go outside) Walk a quarter of a mile then jog a mile and then for the cool out walk another quarter mile. And by doing that you should burn around 230 calories maybe more. And then do 50 sit ups and 50 crunches. Followed by 50 knee push ups. So you'll go to sleep faster and try to have an early start. Drink green tea in the morning after breckfast. Or before then just eat healthy and you should lose weight.

( I've lost almost ten pounds)

your probably not eating enough to be burning that many calories you should eat a bit more your metabolism probably thinks you are straving yourself and is holding on to everything so it can use the energy to burn that many calories. Good Luck

depending on WHAT you are eating, you may be building muscle which weighs more. so ignore your weight and look at your shape, check measurements to see the tonal differences. People are more worried about how they look and not how heavy they are.
