I have to loose 15 kg in ten weeks. I've got the workout plan figured out. It's just the eating plan. I was wondering if anyone can suggest somethings or just recommend. This is what i've figured out so far on the eating plan.

Breakfast: mango or berry smoothie. (or mix them both)

Snack: 1 big carrot and 1/4 of a big cucumber

Lunch: bread with salad leaves, tomato, cucumber, carrot and chicken.

Dinner: Chicken and steamed veggies.

smoothies are not really good for dieting - you can find better breakfast that contain complex carbs - old fashioned oatmeal, whole wheat bread, high fiber cereal etc.
to lose weight you have to eat every 2-3 hours, you can fit in your menu some fruit between lunch and dinner.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

The Lunch and Dinner sound alright, but the breakfast worries me. You need a proper breakfast, with solids, not just smoothies. Why not have a low-fat cereal with low-fat [maybe even Soya?] milk or a banana mashed into a paste with berries or sultanas?
Your snack doesn't sound too good, either - a carrot and a cucumber will get boring after a while. Maybe you should try a handful of unsalted nuts and a few seeds, with another smoothie if you like - healthy and convenient
Or you could have tuna with mayo mixed in, with bits of crispy lettuce and sweetcorn? This is also a good idea for sandwiches but you could eat it like a salad.

Hope I helped hunnie..x

You need to adjust your eating plan so that you are eating a large, healthy meal in the morning and gradually reducing the meal size down with plenty of healthy snacks in the middle.
So for example,

Breakfast: Two peices of toast with jam/spread, a small bowl of cereal ( low fat milk), a cup of yogurt and some fruit.

Snack: Raw vegetables or fruit, cup of yogurt or a healthy snack bar.

Lunch: Sandwich with salad and chicken.

Snack: Fruit or yogurt

Dinner: Small chicken breast, skinless with small handful of steamed vegies.

You should also try to drink a 600ml or more bottle of water everytime you eat. You can have juice in the morning but try to stay away from softdrinks, coffee and other things that will dehydrate you. If you get hungry between meals make sure you have a bit of fruit or a snack bar handy so you're not tempted to snack on junk food. Just remember, big breakfast, medium lunch, small dinner with plenty of healthy snacks and water in between. Also, have one day a week where you can treat yourself to a bit of something sweet. Having one day where you can have something nice helps reduce cravings. Try to mix your eating plan up a little each week so you don't get bored with it.

Forget eating plan I consume like a horse and I most effective weigh 9 stone. This is what works for me: Eat on the whole, if feasible each 3 hours, whilst your frame realises that it is getting a constant deliver of meals it raises it is metabolism, burning energy faster and is far much less prone to retailer energy as fats. When consuming attempt to consume plenty of top protein meals and do not move too rough at the carbs. Try move convenient on trans and saturated fat even though you're allowed the abnormal deal with. Drink plenty of water! At least one gallon in line with day. Tea, espresso and fizzy beverages are O.K however they don' rely in the direction of your total water consumption. As for pastime I do a little mild weight coaching 4 days every week and cardiovascular (I use a rowing computing device) 2 days every week with one days relaxation. There is a usual notion that doing cardiovascular pastime on an empty belly is helping burn energy. This is absolute garbage don't do it. Weight coaching is a well inspiration as muscles burns plenty of power, even at the same time you sleep. You do not must turn out to be Mr/Mrs universe however any fats tissue which you'll convert to muscles won't most effective make you seem greater however broaden your metabolism. Getting tons of sleep may be essential whilst seeking to construct muscle. Good Luck

Have you ever thought of The South Beach Diet? Phase One is the most restrictive phase of the South Beach Diet. The dieter is introduced to foods which are low in saturated fats – these foods are to be emphasized and foods high in saturated fats avoided throughout the diet. You can eat : Lean protein sources (eggs and egg whites, seafood, remove skin from poultry, lean cuts of beef and pork, soy foods), fat free and low fat dairy products (limit milk/yogurt to 2 cups per day), one serving beans, low starch vegetables, small amount of nuts (you have to count them), “good fats” (not saturated), some low carb condiments and beverages. Nothing else, including fruits and alcohol. The South Beach Diet is a great diet and the pounds start burning off!

it's a very good diet with a lot of proteins. but you need to vary the menu.
eating the same thing everyday is not that healthy, and it makes it difficult to stick to your diet. it makes you prone to indulge in high calorie food from time to time.

good luck.
