Hi,
I suffer from mild anxiety. i don't have panic attacks - the main symptoms i get are: guilt, butterflies in the stomach, disturbing thoughts occasionally, poor concentration/attention, aches.
these are not constant syptoms. they occur only when i'm under stress from uni or had an argument with my g/f or if something happens that makes me a lot more worried than usual.
if anyone else out there has suffered this, how did you get treated?
would you recommende the linden method?
