i have a few questions:

1.what burns more fat,situps, or jumping jacks?
2.can u get stronger if u have a punching bag?

im not vey fat, but im trying to work out my stomach. some girl said i had bigger boobs then her. which isnt true,but i do want to hbe slimmer

Jumping jacks, because they should get your heartrate higher, but no calisthenics are very good at fat burning.

For an exercise to be effective for weight loss, you need to elevate your heart rate for significant periods of time. Hours, not minutes. Run, bike, swim, even walk if you're not yet in good enough shape for the others.

Using a punching bag could build some strength, but its not a very effective or efficient way to do it.

1. Jumping Jacks burn more fat. Sit-ups just work-out your abdominal muscles.

2. A punching bag won't make you stronger. It will probably just increase your stamina if you punch it for a long time.
