you will if you do it by starving yourself or undereating (losing more than 1-2lbs a week)
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

At your age and with the amount you plan to lose, I doubt you will have any extra flabby skin. Your skin is probably still very taut with good elasticity. I wouldn't worry about that flabby skin thing just don't go about losing weight in an unheathly way.

Most likely not. In 8th grade, I was 5'2'' and 180 lbs. Now? I'm in college, I'm 5'5'' and 165 lbs. with cut arms and a near six-pack. I even borrowed my friend's nickname "milfman", because all of the mothers I was started to attracted also. I never had "flabby skin", and I assume you will not either. But there is ONE thing that remains, and those are stretch marks, which never seem to go away. Luckily, I'm an islander and a good tan can cover them up :p

It always depends on your size, and where you want to lose it. If you go to the gym to help tone your body, and exercise regulary then you most likely will get away with no flabby skin, however if you just lose weight with no toning program then it will most likely lead to have flabby skin. If this does occur dont stress, as its not effecting your health. In fact it would be helping your heart tremendously, not to mention your health, and you'll be surprised on how fitter you become. Good Luck

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Drink lots of fresh water daily. Nothing else will do what water does for you and keep this up always... at least ten glasses a day for now.... and 8 when you get to your desired weight... You don't say how tall you are but I don't think you'll have flab at just 160 pounds... 250 and 300 maybe! but not at 160! You're not that obese! I've only seen obese people get flab who drank no water hardly and ate junk food... Take care and best wishes to you! Not everyone gets stretch mark either... I didn't but I drink water!!!
