what r some good exersises to get rid of fat on ur hip and love handles?!

1)so i cant help but stan on my tippy toes when i do squats...i can feel it working tho...so is it ok to not stand lfat footed?!
2) how many should i do each day?
3) should i use dumbells?
4) but if i dont use dumbells will it still work?
5) if i do lke 3 sets of 10 each day how long till i get results

I have coeliac disease, and whenever i eat anything containing gluten, it affects my joints and makes them ache, so when my joints first started to ache again the other day, i just put it down to eating something I wasn't meant to. However, in the last 2 days the pain hasn't gone away at all, if anything it's gotten worse...and I seem to be going numb in my wrists and ankles - it's extremely unpleasant. At first it was only happening every few hours...now it's every few minutes. I'm also certain that I have not eaten anythign else I shouldn't have. I'll go to the doctor...but I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas about what it might be..or if anyone else has experienced this? Thanks...

The link above is my question and quite a few answers. Some people say that a lot less people would get ill if everybody stopped smoking. Are you sure about this? Even just 20 years ago the number of smokers was very high as opposed to now, however the number of cancers and other diseases have increased significantly while the number of smokers have decreased significantly. Do you anti's really believe that if everybody stopped smoking tonight, then in 20 years' time the number of cancers etc. will really decrease so significantly?

Well recently I've been under tremendous stress from work and I find myself hardly eating. It's not that I don't want to eat or I'm starving myself. If I take more than a drink I'll feel extremely bloated which sucks. And I've lost quite a noticable amount of weight, and now i look gross.
Here's my daily diet: 2 cups of coffee, at most 2 slices of bread. This has been going on for about approx 3 to 4 weeks.
Anyone has any idea on how to get my appetite back?

im 17, and im fairly busy with my life .
i used to play netball 3 times a week, now only one .
i dont do sport at school, so netball is it for me .
over the past year i have started to feel a lot bigger and look it too !
my hips have widened and my stomach is growing outwards .
im really wanting to not so much lose weight, just tone up my abs, hip, and buttox area .
i dont have time to do anymore exercise then my netball and training .
does anyone have any ides of diets just for toning up and feeling a lot more fit and healthier ?
just a list of things to eat . brekky, lunch and tea . snacks etc .

it would be muchly appreciated .

Ive probably been working out for 8 weeks with supplements (Creatine, HMB, Advanced whey protein and pre-workout energy supplements). I always used to workout before and Im very active and I am a certified personal trainer so I have a very good understanding on whats going on, but I have gained 10 pounds since starting and am definitely getting stronger in the gym, but am not getting as toned as I would like. Is this because I have fat covering up the muscle? I know that "six-packs" are best obtained by low fat diets and a lot of water and I know that everyone has a six pack but most people have fat covering them so is that the same case with other parts of the body like chest, arms and back? I eat relatively well, but do I need to shedd some fat to see more muscle definition? Im assuming yes is the obvious answer, but I just wanted to hear from other people.

1 day i woke up & found a piece of tampon string in my vagina. i cant remember if it was inside and i tried to pull it and it broke, or if it was like that(because it was about 10 months ago)it looked like it got moist from large amounts of discharge.that morning i couldnt remember if i put in a tampon the night before so i used my fingers to see if i could feel anything but i didnt.i went into the shower & while i was washing i found another piece of string so i checked myself again and felt nothing.today i still feel nothing inside my vagina.i go way up & feel nothing. i go all the way up even to the little ball thing at the top and i don't feel a thing. is it possible there is a tampon in me? if not, where would the strings come from??

I have heard that yoga can do wonders if done with great faith but I want to ask that can yoga be considered as an alternative to different anti depressants.

Hey everyone.. just curious if anyone can help.
In may I plan to start doing Jazzercise everyday after work, at which I will ride my bike to and from. The bike ride totals a 4 mile ride daily, 2 miles there and 2 back. If I did both these activities everyday, how many calories do you suppose this will burn. I have already lost 25 pounds, just curious how much more I could lose.

Feeling really stressed, depressed, i really feel like i'm crumbling inside with everything at the moment. Particularly work. It's killing me and i think i may have meltdown at work either today, but most likely tomorrow.
I know i need to talk to the boss, but i have felt to wussy to do it in the past few weeks. He's not in this weekend, so what can i do.

Any tips to get me through another week would be greatly appreciated?

i am 19 6'0 and weight 210 and i want to lose weight so is running 2-3 miles a day going to do the trick please give me info ohh and i also try to have under 1200 calories a day by eating plain tuna no mayo (mayo is nasty by the way) and ill put some mustard and a lil hotsauce for flavor and ill munch on fruit sometimes. any help tips or just anything will be helpfull
