HPV is spread by DIRECT skin to skin contact with the infected area (usually the genital area).

Just every day casual touching like a hug or holding hands won't spread HPV.

And, condoms are not 100% effective in preventing any STD, including HPV. HPV and genital herpes can be spread by DIRECT skin to skin contact. So, even if the guy is wearing a condom, just the back and forth rubbing of the genital areas during sex is enough to spread either virus.

For the general contact, such as kiss, hold hands won't infect the virus.
